According to Pokernews.com there are a number of notable players still left in the 77-person current field of Event #45 NL Hold’em (6-handed). Here are some:

Calvin Ayre is considered by many, including myself, a marketing genius. He took Bodog from the Sportsbook in the corner of the internet, to the Beast of a company that it is today, through great promotions and product placement, and customer service. For now, here is a thought: Be honest with yourself and actively seek ways to improve your game. Poker is a game in which you can learn a wealth of new things, session after session. Take an opportunity, IMMEDIATELY after you play, to go through the key hands of the session. Think about what you would have done differently, and what you did well. This will help you to not make the same mistakes next time you play. Again, make sure you do this right after your session so the hands are still fresh in your head.Many players still don’t look at their Poker-playing time as on long session. They are concentrating on the short term and number of wins compared to losses. Short term shouldn’t matter as a quote from the Mad Genius, Mike Caro states:

“Poker is not about winning pots, it is about MAKING CORRECT DECISIONS”

Think about your game when you are away from the table, it is a fast-track to making anyone a better player.
